1. Service

Vistenne (vistenne.com) is operated by Keenvo Tech OÜ, registered in Estonia (17457927), Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Järvevana tee 9, 11314 ("we", "us"). Advertising, traffic acquisition, and monetization services are provided by 4ADS MEDIA LLC, registered in the United States (L2100023339537-2002466), 5401 S Kirkman Rd, Suite 135, Orlando, FL 32819, USA. By using Vistenne you agree to these terms.

Vistenne is a digital wardrobe: catalog your clothes, generate outfit ideas, try looks on your own photo with AI, and shop similar pieces. AI-generated images are approximations and may not perfectly represent how a garment fits or looks in real life.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to use Vistenne.

3. Plans and billing

The Free tier includes the wardrobe and outfit viewing. Plus ($5.99/mo or $47.99/yr) and Pro ($14.99/mo or $99.99/yr) unlock AI features and include monthly credits; one-time credit packs are also available. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled; cancel any time from your account page or the Stripe billing portal. Purchased credit packs do not expire while your account is active.

4. Credits

AI actions (outfit generation, virtual try-on, design, style chat) consume credits. Monthly plan credits reset on each billing cycle and do not roll over. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. Watching a rewarded ad, where offered, grants the stated bonus action for that day only.

5. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable after activation. Contact support for billing issues; we review them case by case.

6. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service or use it to scrape, resell, or automate access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimer

Vistenne is provided "as is" for informational purposes, without warranties of any kind. We may update or change features without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vistenne and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including decisions made based on information shown in the app.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or attempt to defraud us or our partners.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Vistenne after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them or to the use of Vistenne, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Harju County, Tallinn, Estonia. If you are a consumer, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection provisions, or of the right to bring proceedings in the courts, of your country of residence.
